Terms & Conditions Relating To the Envirosun Win a Heat Pump Subscriber Giveaway

RUNNING FROM the 1st of October 2026 to the 31st of December 2026

Conditions of entry

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry. The Giveaway is open to individuals who hold a current, valid plumbing license issued in an Australian state or territory, are Australian residents, and are 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter, InsideOut Group and Energie Group Australia, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  2. Winners are selected at random from Envirosun’s subscriber list. To be eligible to enter, individuals must subscribe to (or already be registered for) Envirosun’s marketing communications and provide a current, valid plumbing license and remain subscribed for the relevant draw.
  3. Once you subscribe with a valid plumbing license number, your name is automatically entered into that month’s draw. If you don’t win, you stay in the draw for the following month, as long as you remain subscribed, for the remainder of the Promotional Period.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including a plumbing license number, identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
  5. The Promotional Period begins at 6am on 1 October 2026 and ends at 6pm on 31 December 2026.
  6. There will be ONE WINNER drawn each calendar month of the Promotional Period — October, November and December 2026 — for THREE winners in total.
  7. Each monthly draw will take place on the last day of that month at the EGA Office. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
  8. If a prize is not claimed within three months of the applicable draw, the Promoter will conduct a redraw to select an alternative winner from that month’s eligible entries.
  9. Winners may be published on the Envirosun website
  10. The prize each month is one Envirosun HP Plus M9 heat pump (200L), to be collected from the Envirosun warehouse and not included in the installation.
  11. The total prize pool value across the Giveaway (all three units combined) is $9,000 RRP (3 x $3,000 RRP per unit). The prize value is approximate and subject to change. The prize is to be collected from an Envirosun office / warehouse location.
  12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, including negligence, for any personal injury, loss or damage arising out of the Giveaway.
  13. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Giveaway and may, for this purpose, disclose it to third parties, including, as required, Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may use the information for promotional, marketing, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages.
