10 year warranty — longest in Australia. Effective 26 June 2026.

Effective from 26 June 2026. For units purchased before that date, please contact us using the form below. The original invoice as proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Residential customers

Original owner/occupier: 10-year product and 2-year labour warranty. Excludes:

  • HP Classic 250: 7-year product and 2-year labour warranty
  • TS range in Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia: 7-year product and 2-year labour warranty

All subsequent owners: 5-year product warranty and 2 years labour warranty.

Commercial & non-residential customers

3-year product and 1-year labour warranty.

Send us your details and your original invoice, and we will confirm the warranty that applies to your unit.
