Residential warranty
Original owner/occupier: 10 year product warranty and 2 year labour warranty. Original invoice as proof of purchase required.
Please note, this excludes the HP Classic 250, which has a 7 year product warranty and 2 year labour warranty.
Subsequent owners: 5 year product warranty and 2 years labour warranty.
Commercial & non-residential warranty
3 year product warranty and 1 year labour warranty.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
