Effective from 26 June 2026. For units purchased before that date, please contact us using the form below. The original invoice as proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Residential customers
Original owner/occupier: 10-year product and 2-year labour warranty. Excludes HP Classic 250: 7-year product and 2-year labour warranty.
Subsequent owners: 5-year product warranty and 2 years labour warranty.
Commercial & nonresidential customers
3-year product and 1-year labour warranty.
Bought your unit before 26 June 2026?
Send us your details and your original invoice, and we will confirm the warranty that applies to your unit.
